Delivery
Mainland UK**:
We aim for same-day dispatch when you order before 2 PM, which means that 99% of orders are received in 1-2 working days!
NB: Some large/heavy items are subject to a delivery surcharge – this will be clearly shown on the order form before you pay.
** Some Mainland Postcodes incur additional costs – you will be advised of these prior to your order being processed
Outside Mainland UK:
If you are outside of Mainland UK, the checkout will show an estimated delivery charge. We will then shop around for the best shipping price, and contact you to confirm the shipping charge.

We always use insured couriers who track their parcels, and they always require a signature.
Returning Goods
Our Returns Policy
If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. When we receive the product back, we will contact you & offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you receive any product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us. When we receive the item back, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement product within 10 working days.
If you would like to cancel your order, you have the right to do so in writing within 14 days of receipt. Your refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of your written cancellation. Goods should be returned to us at your expense, and we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to allow for the cost of collecting the goods.
