programs, weather reports, stock quotes, digital data, ethnic programs broadcast in different languages, reading services for the blind and much more. This programming is broadcast in SCA subcarriers of many FM broadcast signals. By
connecting the VEC-422K to the detector output of your FM receiver, you can enjoy this programming!
The VEC-422K tunes the entire SCA band from 50 to 100 KHz with front panel tuning and volume control. A PLL (phase-locked-loop) integrated circuit gives excellent performance. Has low level audio output and built-in amplifier to drive an
external speaker. Vectronics kits feature a professional quality epoxy glass PC board with solder mass and screen printed component legend to make kit assembly easy. The kit measures 1_ x 6� x 5 inches.
Skill Level: Simple Calls for a few basic tools -- a soldering iron, cutters, pliers, wire-strippers and a small screwdriver. Doesn't require test equipment for final adjustment or tuning.
